The accident occurred when the client was a passenger in a vehicle proceeding through an intersection. A tow truck entered against a red light, striking the vehicle with significant force. The impact resulted in a severe neck injury, requiring surgery and extensive rehabilitation. After months of intense investigation, depositions, a research, Liss & Marion was able to prove that the tow truck driver was unlicensed at the time of the crash and was speeding through the intersection.
